Overview

Reports to the Sr. Director of Marketing and will be the primary Program Manager for marketing activities throughout North America. Requires a strong EE background and interest or experience in product introduction and marketing activities for highly technical renewable energy/solar products.

Description of Duties:

• Responsible for implementing marketing plans around new product introductions
• Project management of New Product Introduction (NPI) programs across engineering, operations, sales and marketing
• Manage and maintain technical product documentation
• Develop and update solution sheets
• Support competition tracking and product positioning.
• Coordinate and implement field marketing projects with responsibilities that include public relations, special events management, advertising, content and presentation development and creating brand awareness.
• Organize the preparation of proposals and presentations using marketing resource materials such as brochures, data, slides, photographs, and reports. Prepare status reports on marketing efforts.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the renewable energy marketplace, experience in photovoltaic value chain a plus.

Work Experience and Education Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or other technical discipine required. Internship or practical experience in solar industry or related technical product background a plus. MBA desirable, but not required.  New graduates with some experience will be considered.
• Excellent program management/project management skills
• Background in high technology/renewable energy/solar highly desirable
• Experience working on a global team is desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Creative, problem solving, self motivated, results oriented disposition required
